Peanut butter and jelly is a great combo, but nothing beats peanut butter and chocolate. This is one of my absolute favorite flavor combinations! It’s sweet, a crowd-pleaser, and nostalgic. I remember driving through Dairy Queen, in my pajamas, when I was a kid to get a Reeses’ Blizzard. When I would only manage half of it before bed, I’d have the other half for breakfast… #YOLO
I really wanted to do something a little different with my favorite flavor combination, so I decided to make peanut butter shortbread cookies topped with chocolate and sea salt. While I made the dough, I thought the proportions from the original recipe weren’t right, so I made a small change and decided to make peanut butter cookie truffles! You’re welcome.
These were phenomenal! I gave them out to my tasting guinea pigs, and got two big thumbs up from each taster. The cookie dough center is creamy and sweet, while the chocolate shell on the outside perfectly compliments it! Not to mention the sea salt to make this easy treat a gourmet dessert.
No offense to PB & J, but I’m all about the PB & C.
1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, loosely packed

Oh Friday, how I missed you. After a long week of classes and my internship, I’m kicking off Friday in one of my absolute favorite closet staples: my blush bomber. I absolutely love this jacket. It’s insanely comfortable, warm, and stylish!

When I originally saw this jacket, I loved the boyfriend silhouette. In my head, I saw it paired with skinny jeans, high-waisted skirts, dresses, dresses, and even leggings. You heard me, leggings! It’s a great throw on piece to take a neutral outfit to the next level.
If you haven’t invested in a bomber jacket, be like Nike and just do it. You’ll get so much use out of it. It’s my go-to jacket when I’m heading out the door to go to my internship, and my go-to when I’m heading to the grocery store on Sunday mornings, looking less than glam.
TIP: For a trendy, relaxed look, take a nod from the guys and get a men’s bomber. The looser fit is a great statement piece to step up your basic look. They have awesome, basic jackets, or some bolder choices. Take your pick and strut your stuff.
As the old saying goes, “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” Hello, I am the apple and my mom is the tree. My mom has taught me more than I could ever put into words. She taught me how to make my famous M&M cookies, she taught me how to ride a bike (at an embarrassingly old age…), and she taught me the importance, and fun, of style.
When it comes to style inspiration, I look no further than my mom (if she isn’t available, then I consult Pinterest). From and early age, my mom had me decked out in the most fashionable baby clothes that the mid-90s had to offer.
Let’s just say, the clothes got infinitely better after I ditched those red tights. My mom gives me the final say on outfits that I’m unsure of, she tells me to spice up my uniform of skinnies and a baseball hat, and she tells me leggings “are not real pants.” I guess she can’t be right about everything.
My mom’s gave me her love and affinity for style. Other than her caring nature, loving soul, and ability to laugh at her own jokes, I could never ask for anything more.
You’re probably thinking, “Molly, what’re you doing?” Well friends, I’m strolling into the next chapter of my life. As a second semester senior, I’m wrapping up my college career and anticipating what’s next: the real world. I think the kids today call it “adulting.”

I’m not going to lie, there’s a lot of stress that goes along with looking for a job, deciding what I’m passionate about, and choosing what I want to do with my life. But, I’m even more excited to see what the next six months have in store.
Change scares me; I like knowing what’s going to happen. With that said, I’ve never been more excited for a change. I’m ready to put on my blazer, sit down at my desk, and take on the world – after I finish The Crown!
I can’t think of anything more daunting than the seasonal closet clean out. I usually do mine closer to the start of spring, but used some of my down-time over the weekend to get ahead. When I was going through my clothes, I rediscovered some great pieces, especially this black crop. I can’t wait to style and wear it again! You never know what you might find in the depths of your closet.

When I initially bought this top, I’d style it with skinny jeans and ballet flats or loafers. Don’t get me wrong, that is an awesome outfit that’s easy and you know works. But, when I looked at the top after I found it, I immediately wanted to style it differently than I had before.
My first thought was to pair it with a slightly flared skirt. It’s one of my favorites, and makes the whole outfit look put together and effortless. Dress it up with black boots, and I’m good to go to work. For a more casual look, boyfriend jeans are the way to go! The relaxed style, along with the the mores structured top, is a great juxtaposition.
Cleaning out the ol’ closet helped me to rediscover some great pieces. You never know what you’ll find!
Hello, my name is Molly and I am a cookie addict. There’s nothing better than a warm, gooey, buttery cookie. To me, the perfect cookie can be found in the Big Apple at Levain Bakery. On my recent trip to NYC, my mom and I stopped in to load up on our favorite treat. You would never know this small, unassuming bakery on the Upper West Side would cause the craze it has. I mean, any place where Ryan Reynolds goes to get cookies is a place I’m going out of my way to try.
Believe me, they were just as good as they were when we visited a year before. I crave these cookies more than anything else! So, I tasked myself with finding a copycat recipe to satisfy my sweet tooth.
I was so excited to try this recipe after searching Pinterest for hours, and they certainly lived up to the cookie I remember. If you’ve never been to the original bakery, drop everything and go right now. If you can’t do that, these are a dead-ringer! You’ll never make another cookie recipe ever again!
It doesn’t get more classic than the little black dress. It’s my go-to closet staple that gets me through any situation where I’m not sure what to wear. Today’s occasion: the first day of my new internship!
Since my internship is at a lifestyle public relations agency, I have the perfect opportunity to style a basic piece with fun, flirty accessories. What better way to top a little black dress than with a blush bomber jacket?

I’ve talked a lot about how little details in an outfit can elevate it and show off your personality. This look is a great example of that! The leather at the bottom of the skirt makes the whole look more relaxed, without making it come off as too casual. It’s a great piece to wear to work, then out for date night or an evening with the girls!
Investing in a little black dress that fits you and suits your personality can transform your wardrobe. You can create your own take on a classic. You’ll always have an killer outfit in a pinch, not to mention, you’ll have a signature look!
